Alright Express 保險條款與細則
「運件」指托運包裹内的所有貨件，並由 Alright Express 選擇以任何方法（包括航運）運送至目的地。
閣下委托 Alright Express 為訂單提供保險服務，則代表閣下、收件人及其他持有該運件權益之人士同意本條款及細則。
1）寄件人可透過 Alright Express 網頁系統處理托運訂單時填妥“保障您的貨件”部分，保費將與運費一同支付。
2）寄件人可自行聯絡 Alright Express 客服人員以購買額外/更高保額的貨運保險，並繳付保費。
● 非直接的損失; 或
● 因當地海關進行深度調查貨件而延誤所引致的損失; 或
● Alright Express 無法控制的情況－如地震、氣旋、風暴、洪水、濃霧、戰爭、墜機、禁運、暴亂、傳染病、大流行病、內亂或工業行動等。
Alright Express “Insurance Terms and Conditions”

"Shipment" means all shipments contained in the parcel which may be carried by any means Alright Expresschooses (including air) to its destination.
By entrusting Alright Express to provide insurance services for your order, you, the recipient and other persons who hold rights to the shipment agree to these terms and conditions.
How to buy insurance
1) The sender can fill in the "Protect Your Shipment" section when processing the consignment order through the Alright Express web system, and the insurance premium will be paid together with the shipping fee.
2) The sender can contact Alright Express customer service staff to purchase additional/higher coverage cargo insurance and pay the premium.
Insurance Charge Method
1）The insurance fee is 3% of the total declared value of goods
2）Shipment insurance does not cover
indirect loss or damage,or
loss or damage caused by any act or omission by local customs or other government officials
Alright Express is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond Alright Express’s control. These include but are not limited to - e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane crash, embargo, riot, epidemic, pandemic, civil commotion, or industrial action.
Insurance claim amount
Claims are limited to one claim per shipment for any damage, lost and delay HK$390,000
In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
